UNESCO ISCED Standards for our degrees:


The degrees awarded by American International University of Science and Theology are UNESCO classified and structured in accordance with the International Standard Classification of Education (ISCED) as developed by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

The ISCED framework is an internationally recognized classification system designed to facilitate the comparison and reporting of education programs and qualifications across national boundaries.


Our degree programs correspond to ISCED levels and fields of education as described in the latest revision of the ISCED standard (ISCED 2011), ensuring international comparability and transparency of the qualifications awarded by the University.

Associate:

Normally required High school; High school equivalency test or six hours of earned college credit

Our mission is to offer educational programs that prepare students for religious vocations as ministers, professionals, or laypersons in the categories of ministry, counseling, theology, education, administration, music, fine arts, media communications, or social work.

Therefore, we are working on programs and courses, especially in cooperation with churches/ denominations/religious institutions to fulfill this task .

Transferability of credits earned at American International University of Science & Theology is at the discretion of the receiving institution.

Average duration of a study program in Florida:

2+2 System:
Florida's higher education system encourages students to earn an Associate in Arts (AA) degree e.g. at a Florida College System institution and then transfer to a four-year institution to complete a bachelor's degree, a practice known as the 2+2 system.

Associate Degrees:
Associate degrees (AA) are two-year programs, while bachelor's degrees are four-year programs.

Accelerated Programs:
Some institutions offer accelerated programs that allow students to complete a bachelor's degree in less than four years, such as the "Degree in Three" program at Florida State University.

Graduate Degrees:

 

Master's Degrees: Graduate programs, such as master's degrees, can take one to two years, or even longer depending on program requirements and individual pace.

Doctoral Programs: Doctoral programs may take several years to complete.

Successful management and administration of religious institutions for clergy.
The focus is on churches and Jewish temples, but can also be used in other religions
